1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

KumawatPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown request to our designated copyright agent.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Your written notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat copyright infringers.

5. Self-Hosted Content

ShaadiShots is a self-hosted application. Photos and media processed by the application are stored on the user's own infrastructure. We do not have access to user content and cannot remove content from self-hosted instances. Copyright complaints regarding content on self-hosted instances should be directed to the instance administrator.
